Dutch Quality - Warranty
Dutch Quality Stone Company will guarantee its manufactured concrete products for 50 years against defective material of faulty manufacturing. Dutch Quality Stone Company guarantees its manufactured veneer stone against chipping, cracking, flaking, or unsightly color change or deterioration of the veneer product.
If there should be a defect in the product, the manufacturer will pro-rate any allowance on current selling price of this product. The manufacturer will not be liable for any cracked or damaged products due to mishandling, improper installation, discoloration due to airborne containments or acts of God beyond the control of the manufacturer.
Heritage Stone - Warranty
Heritage Stone Products are backed by a 30-year limited warranty. Further details will be posted here in the near future.
Landmark Stone - Warranty
All veneer stone products manufactured by Landmark Stone Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) years when used on structures conforming to local building codes and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement or repair of defective materials and does not cover any labor or other costs incurred for installation, removal or replacement of defective or replacement materials. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and specifically excludes damage due to:
- Settlement or other movement of the building, wall or other structure to which the material is applied;
- Damage due to contact with chemicals or paint;
- Discoloration due to airborne contaminants, staining or oxidation;
Improper installation.
Landmark Stone Products are manufactured using natural materials that will vary in size, shape, texture and color. Accordingly, just as the color of natural stone will vary, color or shade variations may be present in veneer stone products.
